SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

PRL Warehouse operates a customer service text messaging program. We use it to reply to quote requests and answer questions about inventory, sizing, availability, pricing, and pickup or delivery of warehouse equipment and pallet racking. Messages are conversational and one-to-one; we do not send bulk marketing texts through this program.

2. How You Opt In

You are enrolled when you initiate contact with us, by calling or texting our published business number, or by entering your mobile number on a quote request or contact form on prlwarehouse.com that states we will reply by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry. Most conversations involve fewer than 10 messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by PRL Warehouse.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. You can resubscribe at any time by replying START.

7. Carriers and Availability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
